Refund Policy

We want you to enjoy and have the best crafting experience possible with us at S & S Creations Hand Dyed Yarn. We realize sometimes things don't work out and items may need to be sent back. With this in mind, we will do out best to help you if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. We would love to help you find your perfect match!

Instore Purchases: 

Unwound/unused yarn purchased in store is eligible for an exchange or store credit within 30 days. Trunk show items, brands we no longer stock and sale items are non returnable.

Certain types of items cannot be returned (ie Books, Personal Care Goods, Needles, digital goods).

Online Store: 

When exchanging yarn, shipping costs to and from S & S Creations Hand Dyed Yarn will be your responsibility, unless your order was filled incorrectly. If your order is eligible for receiving store credit you will get the cost of your item minus any shipping that was charged. 

We strongly suggest that you insure all items to be exchanged. We cannot assume responsibility for exchanged items lost or damaged in shipping.

Damages and Defective Items:

We ask that you please inspect your delivery within 72 hours for any defective items or if we have made a mistake in packaging. Please contact us. For needles and hooks, most manufacturers offer their own lifetime guarantees that can be found on their direct websites.
